Wooden Handicrafts Suppliers introduces the production process of wooden products:
1. Veneer: MDF, veneer, and other raw materials are veneered.
2. Material selection and cutting: Select material for the MDF that has been veneered, that is, choose a sheet with a smooth surface and a uniform veneer as the raw material, and then cut it to obtain the corresponding specifications for use in the subsequent process.
3. Compacting: first use a glue applicator to coat the surface of the high-density board with polyvinyl acetate emulsion white glue, and select the number of boards according to customer requirements (if you want to press a 3cm-thick board, you need two 12mm and one 6mm MDF board Co-pressing), in which the top layer is the MDF that has been veneered; then the glued MDF is sent to the woodworking cold press for cold pressing, the pressure is about 2.5atm, and the time depends on the season, including 4h in summer, 6-8h in winter.
4. Woodworking forming and blanking: use various woodworking equipment to process high-density boards into corresponding product parts. This process mainly performs sawing, drilling, planning, and other operations on high-density boards; the formed parts are blanks.
5. Grinding and painting: Grind and paint the formed white blank. For grinding, use a sanding machine (with various types of sandpaper (180#, 240#, 400#) for coarse grinding and fine grinding (mainly according to the sandpaper model is used to distinguish it); the spray paint is separated in each grinding process, mainly divided into 2 UV primers, PE primers, PU medium, PU topcoats, etc. (where UV is light curing, PU is polyurethane, PE is no. Saturated polyester paint); spray paint using environmentally friendly water spray paint machine, that is, water curtain spray paint.
6. Assembling: that is to uses Taiwan inch hardware accessories (such as slide rails, hinges, three-in-one eccentric connectors, screws, etc.) to assemble various workpieces into finished products.
7. Inspection and packaging before leaving the factory: The finished product is inspected according to the inspection standards (mainly inspecting its appearance, firmness, etc.) and can be packaged and shipped after passing the inspection.
